Chris was exceptionally helpful with our purchasing process. I provided him with a list of 8 to 10 homes, on a Tuesday, that we were interested in, and within hours he had responded with a summary of the "goods and bads" for each property. He showed us homes in two days and we made an offer on the Friday. He is thorough, honest, and beyond accommodating. The whole process, so far, has been completely smooth.
