We go back a long way to when Ann advertised in a little community newsletter I helped publish. When we needed to move, she was the obvious choice and she was super. She did everything a good agent should do and more. Helpful, supportive and understanding, she worked with us to get our house sold and find us the perfect little condo.
She had previously sold my sister's condo in the mission. She really outdid herself on that one and my sister was so happy.
We've moved around a lot and we have bought and sold a number of houses, cottages and condos in 3 provinces. Obviously we have encountered a variety of realtors, some bad and some really good. Ann is unquestionably the best of the best. She is untiring and determined. No wonder she is such a good swimmer.
Hopefully, she'll be a retired old lady when we have to sell and move into a seniors residence, but if she isn't, she'll be our realtor.
