[NOT_ACTIVATED_USER] Sarah and her dad Kenan did an excellent job selling my father’s house. My brother and I had to deal with the sale of the house and we don’t live in area. There were a lot things that had to be done and Sarah and Kenan stepped up to the plate and handled a lot things that usually the homeowner takes care of. They went the extra mile getting documents for us, and Kenan weed whacked and tried to locate the property pin. They set up appts to get the septic pumped out and property surveyed etc.. and followed up to make sure everything had been done properly. Sarah was great at keeping us up to date on how many people had viewed the property on different websites. They also kept us informed on showings and what the outcomes were. We really appreciated what they did and the made the process really easy for us. I highly recommend them as they did an super job!
