Leah knew we had a small window in which to look at homes to purchase and was able to line up many that fit most of our criteria. When we presented her with a few of our own on the fly, she was able to make contact with the selling agent to arrange a viewing. During the negotiations she was honest with us and you could tell it wasn’t about her at all. During the inspections few items came up and she recommended a fair and reasonable reduction in price that both parties could agree to.
