When me and my girlfriend decided to buy a house we knew the market was hot, but didn't know how hot. After several bookings, viewings, showings and open houses, we were out bid in two offers, but none the less Rony didn't push or pressure us to make offers above our comfort zone, instead he listened and advised us through the whole process. Working 9-5 and trying to buy a house in this hot market wasn't easy as we both had to sacrifice our lunch times and work hours, or prepare ourselves for after-5pm-viewings and traffic jams (if the property was in Kanata). Nonetheless, Rony was able to accommodate our schedules and was always prepared for any last minute changes. In the two months we spent viewing, booking, and inspecting houses with Rony, we can comfortably say that we grew and learned a lot. To sum it up, Rony showed true patience and professionalism, answered all our questions (and we asked him a fair amount), shared with us all his information and even some personal stories, and he mentored us on a strategy to successfully acquire a property in the market.
