Bill Keay exceeded my expectations of a real estate agent for the sale of my property and the purchase of another.

During the entire sale cycle of both, the communication that Bill provided ensured a stress-free transaction. Whenever I had a question, Bill answered it in a very timely-manner. Bill would pay unexpected visiting's to my home just to ensure I felt at ease.

In just a few days on the market, Bill was able to sell my home at 99% of the list price, despite a tough economic period. I received multiple offers in just days, one of which had terms and conditions that were too good to turn-down. The purchase cycle of my new home (with my fiancée) was seamless and I was able to buy it at a reasonable price. During both transactions, Bill's friendliness and hard-work ethic ensured a stress-free transaction within my busy work schedule.

I highly recommend Bill Keay to represent anyone in the sale and purchase of a property. You will not find a better real estate agent, anywhere.

Bill has been outstanding in helping me obtain the property that I currently have. He did more work than the actual realtor who listed the property. He really went to bat for me in all the aspects of the transaction. His professionalism was outstanding in regards to all the details involved. Bill was very knowledgeable about houses, problems pertaining to older properties, rural properties with septic systems and other pitfalls that an owner could experience. He did point out problems and areas needing attention. Bill has extremely good, impeccable manners and is very conscious not to say anything off-putting. Although this may be viewed as an asset in most realtors, Bill should perhaps learn to speak a little freer and not worry as much in saying something that the client may not like. Sometimes, brutal honesty can be a source of endearment, and I am sure many clients may appreciate it. It is a difficult balancing act, but I am sure Bill would master this skill, and be an even better realtor than he already is.
