Wow! A score of 5.0 is not high enough since Arun ALWAYS went the extra mile to address all ours needs. The transaction was exceedingly complex due to divorce battles on the Vendor side. Arum's persistence and negotiation skills combined with compassion and his respectful approach made this deal happen; 99% of agents would have given up but not Arun.
