Here are more details of our experience: When we first started to think about listing our house, we spoke to anyone that we knew that had purchased or sold their house. We asked about their experiences, advice and the agent they had. Everyone had their recommendations, but Zamian was the only one that was highly recommended several times. So we decided to contact him. We probably spoke to too many people because we had a lot of anxiety and grilled him with questions. Not only did he welcome the questions, his responses wowed us. At that point we decided that we wanted him to represent us. 6 or 7 months later we were ready to sell.
