Brent turned out to be the realtor I didn't know I needed. He answered all of my texts, emails, and phone calls almost immediately, which was extremely helpful as I can be impatient. He went over and above what I expected of him to make sure that my extremely difficult transition phase between the buyout of my old property and the purchase of the new one went as smoothly as possible. He was an excellent commiserator and partner throughout the whole process and took all of my frustration in stride. Over the course of our 2-3 months working together he led me step by step through the entire house buying process, including helping me sort out all of the extra things I would need, like home insurance. In total, Brent is an amazing realtor who made the experience a great (dare I say fun?) one for me. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone and I would definitely go to him again in the future.
