Wendy is awesome. Can't imagine navigating the market here in the lower-mainland without her! She has a wealth of knowledge and experience, which allowed her to quickly identify the pros / cons of the properties we viewed specifically related to the context of our needs and interests. We ended up paying less than we expected, in part to Wendy advising a lower offer than we were initially prepared to go with. This is a testament to her integrity, as a higher price would have meant more money for her and an easier purchase. She absolutely has our best interests at heart. She always made time for us and helped us with many questions, many that are likely outside the scope of normal agent duties. Will definitely reach out to her again in the future.
