First time home buyer and let me tell you how nerve racking / scary it was…found many many houses was weeks of spamming Warren with ads.. Warren would not allow me to look at a house unless he knew 100% it was worth our time. Warren literally went above and beyond - was extremely patient and kind though our whole process, he was always on the ball and remembered even the smallest of details - if it wasn’t for Warren I probably would of lost my mind. Your understanding and being on top of everything made this whole transaction smooth even with some of the random difficulties we had to go though… I couldn’t have asked for a better experience - my family appreciate you.
