Marty and I both are so very greatful that we found Wade. When we started the house hunting process we had no clue how the real estate market worked. We knew nothing about the city or areas in the city but he took the time to give us the education we needed to make a smart decision that we would be happy with in the future. He took what was a very emotional and could have been a very trying time for us and made it so much fun. Wade understood our wants and needs and did all he could to help us find the perfect house for us. And I must say he nailed it. We are beyond happy with our new home. In our eyes Wade went above and beyond to help us. He kept in constant contact with us and not once did we feel like we were inconveniencing him. Every house we went to look at, and we looked at alot, he was always happy to be there showing it to us. We feel like we not only found a great realtor but found a new friend as well. We would both wholeheartedly and with absolutely no hesitation recommend Wade to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
