If anyone is going to get the best deal for your home its her. My family has been with her for over 10 years and myself through one recent purchase 6 months ago in December 2017. At 19 (2015) I had an opportunity to purchase my first home with her but an unfortunate circumstance had gotten in the way and had to complete the transaction without her and regretted it ever since. Some people also may think its better to try and cut out real estate agents and commission as best they can but im telling you she is worth every penni especially with wanting to complete transactions. Shes efficient, knows the market very well, and has all the contacts you need to be successfull. Looking forword to many more to come!  Thanks Tracy!
