Outstanding! Was extremely thoughtful, attentive, knowledgeable and went the extra mile at every turn during the purchase. Given this was a rural property, it had many other elements, unknowns and she handled them like a pro. Tracey is extremely easy going, and knows when to back off and step in which is rare! We highly recommend her
