Cynthia and her husband Gerald are absolutely the best. We used their services to buy our first home 3 years ago and when it was time to move to a larger home, we didn't even consider another realtor. This time around, we bought AND sold with them in the heart of the pandemic and they made that whole complication seem like it was business as usual. (not to mention they were all within about an hour and a half window to minimize our inconvenience of getting ourselves and the dog out when there is nowhere to go with everything shut down!) by the time we woke up the next day a 4th potential buyer was lined up in the same window. Cynthia arrived early and ensured we were comfortable with the process. We were asked to turn all lights on and leave doors open. She came prepared with Lysol wipes and cleaned high touch surfaces before and after the visits. She did everything to keep our family safe. By late afternoon, we had 2 offers on the house and ended up selling above asking, which I think given the pandemic and the housing situation surrounding it, is a remarkable outcome. Likewise, on the purchase of our next home, she went above and beyond and actually found an unlisted house by talking to the realtor of a home we had a passing interest in and was able to recommend this perfect home for us. She talked to the seller who agreed to let us visit and make an offer on the house before putting in on the market, ensuring we were the only ones to visit the home and to make an offer without the added worry of matching other bids for the property. Throughout the process, Cynthia and Gerald were able to recommend professionals for every aspect of the move from mortgage brokers, to lawyers and movers including a home inspector who was able to provide services during the coronavirus restrictions by allowing us to stay home and follow the inspection via facetime and an app which allowed him to share any pictures of anything he saw prior to providing a full report. They look after every aspect of the sale and/or purchase and regardless of how many irons they have in the fire at once, have always been very prompt in their responses whether that's by e-mail, text or phone calls. Their attention to detail on the contract is phenomenal making sure that all of our concerns are addressed, again both on the sale and purchase. Their friendliness, speed, negotiation skills and knowledge of the homes and the overall market are top-notch and not only would I recommend them, I have - to my own parents who also sold and bought a place with them a few months prior! I don't know what better endorsement I could give than that!
