Cynthia and Gerald were a blessing for me as they were fantastic to work with and got me to exactly the house I needed and wanted, in the easiest and most convenient way for me! I have a very busy work and life schedule in general so I really needed their help in doing a lot of the groundwork on finding homes, speaking to the sellers for viewings and scheduling them for me, coming with me to advise me on the homes, doing research and investigation on stuff that I needed, getting contacts to tradespeople for quotes and any work I needed, getting me connected to lawyers and other people in the profession that can help me through the process, and absolutely anything else I needed at any point in the day/night. They were really searching for a home for me as if they had been searching for themselves in terms of what would be a good investment and a smart buy.
