Sean and his team were fantastic! They assisted us in doing a fast turn around on a purchase and then with selling our house. We were provided with market and pricing strategy, a full home inspection and staging consult all as part of our package. It took so much stress off our minds to know we were doing everything possible for a great sale. We were also receiving constant updates from Sean and his team throughout the process and never felt we had to go chasing. In the end, we received a great price for our house (over asking) and sold on the first day we accepted offers.
