Within a day he had sent me an extensive list of suitable properties, Within a week he set up viewings of any property I was interested in. When viewing houses Rob’s background in construction and history as a home owner proved a valuable asset as he pointed out many things that I may have overlooked. Anytime I needed to chat with rob he would pick up or text me back immediately, and when I ended up submitting an offer he was just as quick with the paperwork.
