Tessa was so detailed in obtaining city files, pulling permits, verifying with inspectors, giving us a virtual tour as we were not able to be there in person. No questions was left unanswered, and usually she had the answer before we thought of the question! She also never made us feel that we were bothering her, but that she was glad to help.
