We contacted Sylvie Begin when we wanted to sell our condo. Sylvie came and did a thorough inspection of the place and brought some comparable to show us. She suggested a price (which we found to be very high) and were not really comfortable with this price. But, in the end, we thought: she is the pro, not us!
