I am the type of person who gets anxious in a sales situation if I feel like I am being pushed into something. With Susan, she was never pushy to get me to buy something that didn't work for me. She was always working FOR me, and I never felt like she was encouraging me to buy something just to make the sale. Susan always came prepared to a showing with property comparisons so I knew what similar properties had recently sold for. She was flexible with last-minute changes, and went above and beyond to contact properties/agents for showings. She helped me to offer a fair price, and was knowledgeable about a fair price to offer on purchase. She returned calls/texts promptly. I have no negative things to say about this amazing woman.
