Sue always arrived with a beautiful smile. I had made up my mind to sell my house on Monday, August 17. I called Sue on Tuesday, August 18 and she met with me at the house on August 19. Her stager came over in the evening of August 19, and a photographer took pictures on the morning of August 20th. The listing was posted in the evening on August 20th and by early Friday morning on August 21st I had 4 viewings scheduled. There was no pressure to list the house, as Sue often mentioned that my home was beautiful and asked numerous times if I was certain that I wanted to sell. There was no doubt in mind, as I had made the decision to move back to Winnipeg. The house was listed for 3 straight days with back to back viewings. Offers were accepted at 4:00 on Sunday, August 23 and an unconditional offer of $113K more than asking was accepted. Sue is not only a warm and friendly person, she is a breath of fresh air. She is professional and takes care of all that is necessary to complete the sale of a home with no stress. My only regret is that I moved away from Ottawa, knowing that had I stayed Sue and I would have become good friends. Thank you Sue:)
