I've used Steve for more than 20 million in property transactions, including my summer house. He is without question one of the best realtors in British Columbia and hands down the best all-round agent in the South Okanagan. A terrific listener adept and understanding deal flow and the value proposition to both buyer and seller. Steve has a gift and you should not think twice to engage him.
