Steve has been such a huge support in my and my partner's home ownership journey. He is not afraid to give you his honest assessment of the situation and to provide support day and night for any questions along the way. Steve is so responsive and has a great network that took the stress out of finding the contacts we needed along the way (lawyer, home inspector, mortgage broker, etc.) On top of it all, he is a fun guy to hang out with! We went into the market at an incredibly difficult time, but are leaving with a home we love, and at a price under asking nonetheless.
