In looking to buy a home outside of Winnipeg, Alicia and Stephen were very professional and helpful in helping us find the house we were looking for. Then when it came time to put our house on the market they did an exceptional job. The listing was very well done, with great pictures to show off the house to its best. Even before showings were available a video was posted to show that the house would soon be coming to market. An added bonus was the virtual open house Stephen offered to perspective buyers who wanted to see the house but was unable to for one reason or another. Stephen and Alicia looked after every detail! They looked after even the small details such as hand sanitizer at the door, masks for those who may have forgotten, signs asking visitors to remove their footwear, color printed booklets of the listing, they did not miss a thing. Though it was a stressful time for us, not knowing what to expect during the Covid restrictions, we were really impressed with the way they handled things, keeping us well informed throughout the whole process. We could not be happier with the results of the sale of our house. We definitely recommend them!!!
