Stan is a great agent. We know the local market quite well, and I have some real estate background but Stan is great at enhancing our knowledge, he sources and provides timely and accurate data and analysis both proactively and on numerous requests. He is an excellent communicator, very diplomatic yet still able to make relevant points and coach us through a real estate investment decision and sales process. This can be a challenge as my wife and I are both strongly opinionated and often of differing perspective, and, combined we've know Stan on a personal friendship level for almost 20 years. However his professionalism, yet down to earth approach makes the process more rationale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stan to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
