She ensured that both the sale of my place and the purchase of my new place were seamless in all aspects. She timed the two transactions perfectly so I was able to stay in my current place until possession of the new place while not requiring any additional bridge financing. She provided insight on properties that I would not have considered and kept my priorities in a new home in focus at all times.
