She was very open and honest about the process and took the time to explain things throughly, which made it easy to sign on. During the search, she was available and followed up on every demand. She was quick to reach out and make appointments. She kept us in line with our vision of what we wanted in our home. When it was time to put down an offer, Shenita was awesome at negotiating and making sure all items from the home inspection were noted and taken care of. We even did a walk through after the items were taken care of to ensure everything was done properly and that closing would go smoothly. She suggested options for home inspectors and real estate lawyers and was exceptional at staying in touch with them. Honestly, Shenita made this process easy to complete and the best part is that she is so down to earth! I would recommend her without hesitation.
