Shelley was wonderful. We had separated but Shelley was amazing at working with both of us in a very professional manner. She was clear about how she would communicate and work with us given our situation. She helped us to see realistically what needed to be done to prepare for the sale and then walked us through all the steps. We had never sold before so were not sure of what to expect. Shelley was so clear and reassuring about what would happen in every stage. She also made sure that each of us had a plan for after the house sold. That meant a lot to me given the separation.
