I was just travelling through Penticton when a certain condo became of interest to me. I called Shannon on a very short notice to ask to arrange a showing .He managed to do so and came well prepared to "show & tell" every detail the next day. He was very courteous and professional . Based on his knowledge of the Okanagan real estate market, we both concluded the price was right and an offer was made and accepted . He was also very thorough with the follow up work later.
