My experience with Shannon was amazing! He listened, and got to know me, and was able to steer me in the right direction, especially when I became overwhelmed by the demand of the housing market (this year was particularly extremely busy). His calm and sage like presence was always there for me, not to mention his sense of humour, always lightened my day. While viewing homes, he would show us what to look for in the home ie: furnace age, central systems, plumbing, piping, roof to foundations etc. His knowledge of the neighbourhoods and his gentle guidance helped us define the area that we eventually choose to live in.
