My husband and I both found Shannon to be very pleasant and personable during our search for our retirement home. Shannon takes a personal interest in her clients. When I met Shannon, it was only a few short months after losing my only son to Cancer. When I told her that I was looking forward to moving to Campbell River to be near the ocean and that I found the view comforting, she did her best to find properties in our price range that had a glimpse of the water. We had put an over asking price offer on a property but lost out to a buyer with no conditions. We were heartbroken and had to return to Alberta for work. Shannon continued to search on our behalf, and after looking at many properties we felt she knew exactly what we were looking for. We got a call from her one day that an elderly couple she knew were thinking of moving, and although their house was not listed yet, she knew that it was the one for us. We had a family member meet her at the house and do a video walk-through with her phone. It had the view that I needed and she was able to negotiate within our price range! We were blown away that she had kept us in mind for this property. Now, we are here and I look at the ocean every day with gratitude.
