I cannot say enough about Shannon Horrigan. She was the agent who sold us our home 1.5 years ago. At the time we were rejected by CIBC. If it were not for Shannon and her referral to our mortgage broker Christine Beaumann, we would not be in the home we love. (Christine was exceptional as well) But this is not why I am not writing. Recently I've needed some advice from Shannon. She promptly came over to our home and provided the information we needed. She typed up a letter supporting us, all free of charge. I've used various realtors through my life, and no one comes close to the help and professionalism Shannon provided to us. I would highly recommend her and Christine. :)
