This is the second Time we have used Shannon. She sold us our first home 5 1/2 years ago, and was outstanding. When it came time to list our home for sale, there was no doubt in our minds who we wanted to use. Shannon came over right away and got our listing up and running. (by no fault of Shannons, the house had a few things going against it) Shannon eventually found us a buyer, and the process went well from there. Then it was time to find a new home. Shannon knew exactly what type of home we were looking for. She found the perfect listing, and promptly got us a viewing. We fell in love with the home, and ended up buying it. Shannon facilitated the purchase in coordination with the selling or our old home. She went above and beyond our expectations. We ended up totally happy in our new home!!!!
