Sarah is a true professional. She was very knowledgeable about the market and what my property should be listed for, and considered my opinion in the final listing price. She understood the comparable properties and the uniqueness that my home brought to the market. Sarah is very responsive and provided good guidance through the whole process. She helped me to make sure that my property looked it’s best for listing. Sarah was helpful in the negotiating process and helped me get the best price!
