SARAH LEIB helped us Sell in March, 2020
Recent: Malmo Plains, Edmonton, AB
I decided to sell a 16 year old revenue condo property. It needed upgrading, cleaning and repairs before it could be marketed. Sarah had great contacts and helped me through all renos/improvements. While I was away on vacation Sarah coordinated repairs/replacement of counter tops, flooring and painting. This all was completed within 2 weeks, and the place looked terrific. Included in Sarah's fee was "staging", which helped sell the unit within two weeks. Throughout the process she returned all my calls promptly, was professional, communicated extremely well, and was a pleasure to deal with.
