Sam Moussa helped us Buy in October, 2018

If it hadn't been for Sam we would have never gotten the home we wanted in this extremely tight Ottawa market. We were in Edmonton, and when the listing became available, he stopped what he was doing and went over immediately, assessed the property and advised us to make an offer. We did and just hours later sealed the deal. He was with us every inch while we were still in Edmonton, and when we arrived, gave us post move-in support. He listened to what we wanted, and didn;t try to steer us in what he thought we wanted. We've moved five times and by far this was our best experience at a purchase.
