Sam had great knowledge of the neighborhoods that we want to buy a property. He was very professional and know how to deal with seller about the selling price to make our buying process very smooth. He was very patient with us and he is very careful on every detail. Sam did everything in order to make it less difficult and more enjoyable from following up with seller about property repairs to all other detail procedures.
