Sam was so absolutely wonderful as our Real Estate agent that we are friends now. We go to dinner with him and his wife. We looked at three houses one night and each one we walked into he would immediately know if it was the right house for us. When we walked into the house we bought he knew it was the one for us and we did too. It was our first house and he spent so much care and attention to our questions and concerns that spending house type money felt comfortable. He listens attentively and has an almost superhuman talent to match you up with your perfect house. Plus the guy is just a genuinely honest and nice guy. He also LOVES all things EDMONTON and that is important because he knows this city and how it can best benefit you and your family.
