Ruth came into our lives in November 2017 as our rental drama began to unfold, very little time to relocate and nowhere to go. We decide our only option was to bite the bullet and buy. Ruth to the rescue. Initially, Ruth left all the leg work to her assistant, Jessica, who was very accommodating and helpful, but no Ruth? Once we made our first contact with Ruth and our desires were matched up, things took off fairly quickly. We ended up with a home close to what were looking for at the price we were able to handle. Most of the business end of the transaction went very smoothly (except for one minor hiccup regarding the deck) which I don't really fault Ruth on.

Life goes on, problem solved! We were very happy with all aspects of dealing with Ruth.

The gift basket on possession of our home was a nice touch, very professional!
