Rob is honest and supportive; he does not pressure you or push to move through the process faster if you need time to think; he answers your questions in plain language and if he does not know he answer, he takes the time to find out, rather than just rattling off anything or making a guess. He is prompt and courteous with great follow through and time management. He really helped me with understanding the documentation and timelines, and what could be expected in in the process. I came in from the Kootenays to view a home in the Shuswap area and he was very accommodating, working on the weekend to ensure we were taken care of. I am what might be considered "difficult", as I am very detail oriented and need to have things with as little "gray" as possible, sometimes needing the same question answered in a different form several times--I know, dream client, right? But Rob is patient, approachable, and encouraging; he never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or actually BEING difficult.
