We met Rita at an open house she was showing and both my partner and I clicked with her right away. Honestly we cannot say enough about her- we highly recommend her!! She is professional but also extremely relatable with a good sense of humour. We were not in a rush to buy and were just scoping out the market at that time. That being said, we liked her so much right off the bat that we asked her to be our realtor! Rita worked with us for about 10 months. She was very understanding that we were not in a rush to buy anything and never pressured us to buy earlier than we were ready to. She's EXTREMELY knowledgable. Any inkling she had about a place (even before we even saw it in person) would be right. She got to know us and what we were looking for and would find places that was very much 'us.' She was authentic and honest with us from the beginning and we 100% could trust her judgement. She was genuinely invested in us. You can tell Rita loves her job and she is extremely good at it. Once we bought our place she even gave us a really nice gift basket and she seemed just as happy for us as we were about finding our perfect place. Good communication, lgbtq2+ friendly, organized and just overall very kind and fun to work with. Rita is an excellent realtor, but she's also just a very down to earth and cool person. If we ever decide to move again- we are definitely calling her to be our realtor again!
