Richard was excellent at contacting us and setting up appointments in a timely manner. He worked around our schedule. Richard always brought along the previous purchases of the home we were viewing. He also offered his professional opinion when we made an offer and was willing to move forward if our offers differed. In the end we now own a rental property which we were able to purchase below asking price. Amazing in the present market! Thanks Richard.
