Rhonda and Erica are a dynamic duo that were there for me in every step of the way. When we first met they asked all the right questions and created a file with potential listings for me. Then we narrowed the list down, until I found my place. They managed to get me to check out the place before it was shown to other potential buyers, I fell in love with it and had the upper hand as I was the first to see it. I made an offer that day and removed subjects the following days. The support didn't end there, my bank mortgage broker bailed on my loan application and I was basically left with a subjects removed dream apartment but no mortgage. Luckily these lovely ladies had an amazing mortgage broker that they referred me to, and we managed to get a great rate and closed the deal. Now I'm sitting on beautiful balcony enjoying life, can't thank them enough!
