Rhonda and Erica did an amazing job!! Our timing was very tight, as we saw the place that we liked a couple of days before the deadline for the offers. Even though the timing was challenging, Rhonda and Erica explained us in a professional way all the details on the property, neighborhood, process, offer and next steps. It was a multiple offer situation (with 8 offers submitted) and thanks to the advise of Rhonda and Erica we got the place! We are very happy homeowners and we are moving to our new place very soon.
