She listened to us regarding why we were selling and what our expectations were. She informed us about the market at the time. She gave us definite things we should do and things that she would do in order to get the best price. She got our property listed quickly. She got agents showing our condo with 1, 2, and even 3 a day. She gave us notice of all showings and follow up on how the showings went. She got it listed on a Wednesday and it was sold the following Monday for full price. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. She did a great job.
