I highly recommend Pierre !!!! He leaves no stone unturned in educating himself and getting answers using whatever resources necessary. I live in the States and was only able to visit 2 times to look at properties. He was prepared and went above and beyond to make me comfortable and sharing his knowledge of the area. I was exploring options of buying property in Washington State and at last minute found a perfect place --- with very little notice Pierre got me in to see it, got the offer in quickly and wrapped up the deal within 48 hours. Still cannot believe it is real- I have Pierre to thank for all of his support and efforts. I am very detail oriented and particular and not the easiest to deal with at times. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Pierre. He listens and pushes when needed and gives you space to reach your own conclusions. Most realtors would have pushed me to raise my budget after the first deal fell through. For me it was a challenging search but Pierre's consistent input and reassurance was priceless. I was close to giving up when I made a last minute trip.
Pierre face timed countless tours for me. Despite losing out on 3 properties I closed on my dream property last month and cannot wait to repatriate to Canada. I know what I want but had to make some major adjustments to budget - Pierre NEVER suggested I look in higher price range which was really cool. I don't like people spending my money for me - Pierre was really patient and supportive in continuing the search with positivity. He certainly earned his commission and my respect. He is one of those rare people who can deal with people with an emotional intelligence you can't teach. He let me reach my own conclusions and adjust where needed and soon I will be moving into my dream place.
