From start to finish we followed all Phil’s suggestions and advice and we were able to sell our home in 2 days. He had a great marketing plan and everything including pictures and video were done in a few days and we were on the market! One of Phil’s strengths is analyzing past sales and current prices and determining the very best asking price. Phil negotiated a very good price for us with favourable terms.
