Pete has really been amazing to work with. He really helped us prep our home so it was show home ready for the sale (which i thought was impossible with 2 kids!!). Once it sold he helped us look for a new home - I loved that he explained the differences between neighbourhoods, helped us narrow down what we liked and didn't stop until we found the perfect home. Pete was always patient, answered a million questions and always made time for us. When it came time to buy he negotiated to get us a great deal - we had confidence in his experience and expertise.
