Pete was awesome to work with and made sure to account for all the pros and cons about purchasing a certain condo unit in different areas of the city. Pete made sure that the unit I purchased fit my needs and budget, and he would also talk me out of buying a bad unit which is why I really appreciate him (because it helped me avoid purchasing way overvalued properties).
